Rental house on Sunset Lakes Blvd., Kissimmee. About 90 degrees today!

We were sad to leave Ft. Wilderness today, I hope we can came back again some day.  Before we left, we walked to the marina area and took a couple of photos and just looked around.  Check out time was 11 a.m. so that's when we left.

Since we couldn't check into the rental house till 4 p.m., we had a couple of hours to kill.  So we went to the Target store, then checked out where the house is (the cleaners were still here at that point), then went to Walmart.  By the time we came back, the cleaners were gone and we got into the house at about 3:30 p.m.  The weather was really really hot, about 90 degrees.

The house is nice, a typical Florida house.  It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer, fully outfitted kitchen, screened-in pool, TV with VCR & DVD player and a selection of videos to watch, cable tv, wireless internet, bedding and towels, everything we'll need for the 10 days we'll be here.  It is in a subdivision close to where we stayed last year, 4 miles from Disney, and it backs onto a pond.  There is another pond around the corner with a dock to fish from.  We watched people fishing there today while we ate lunch in the RV.

Once we unloaded a few things from the RV (fridge, clothing, cats and their stuff), we made a trip to the local Publix grocery store for a few items.

When we came back, we decided to try out the pool.  I found it a bit chilly, but Paul went right in!  After that I made a snack for dinner, and we are just relaxing waiting for Rob and Emily to arrive.  Their flight gets into Orlando Airport at 10:56 p.m.  We are looking forward to their arrival!

Thanks for stopping by!
