Rental house on Sunset Lakes Blvd., Kissimmee. About 90 degrees today!

Rob and Emily arrived last night just after midnight.  They picked up a rental car at the airport (a Mercury Milan) and found their way to the rental house using the GPS we gave Rob for Christmas.  We chatted for a bit, then we all went to bed.

This morning, Paul and I went out to Lowes and Walmart and an auto parts store for a couple of items, then came back to the house for lunch.  The weather today has been very very hot, 90-ish.

After lunch, Rob and Emily went shopping at Target and Publix while Paul & I relaxed with the kit kats.  We sat by the pool, and went in for a bit of a swim.  The cats are intrigued by being able to go outdoors into the screened-in pool area, but they are a bit hesitant about it.

The manager for the house dropped by today and replaced the pool skimmer and the bowls under the stove burners, and chatted with us a bit.  His name is Rob; very friendly guy.

Paul barbecued steak for dinner, and we had baked potates and asparagus and salad with it, it was great!

Rob continues to work on his essay for school.  We TRY to let him be, but he is being constantly interrupted by us all, including the kit kats.  But he's working diligently at getting it done so he can come out to play!
